What time can i check in and check out?

Feel free to check in from 12:00pm (EAT) which checkout is before 11:00am.

Do you have any CSR Programs?

Community is at the heart of Imperial Express, Kisumu and we’re dedicated to giving back in meaningful ways where we can use our people and resources as an agent for positive change.

 

We pay it forward whenever we can by making donations to non-profit and support for local fundraisers and initiatives. We love to give back and consider as many requests as possible, however we won’t be able to support them all.

  • Health & Wellness

What form of payments do you accept?

All payments done on check-in through Mpesa Platform, Credit Cards or Cash. No cheques are acceptable.

Do you provide parking?

Ample street parking is available, for long term parking options, the hotel has access to a nearby parking facility.
